		<description>There is a 99% chance it is not your ISP.  I would get a new IT guy if he is that stupid.  If one computer is connecting it is never the ISP.  I work at Windstream and every day we get stupid calls from IT guys saying it must be the connection.  It has never once been the connection after 7 years at my job...when one computer is working.  It has to do with the routing function of the router.  The laptop is probably not picking up an ip address.  Try repairing the Wireless connection and tell your IT guy to go back to school.  No offense to you but the guy must still be in high school.</description>
